At Traverco Truck & Tire Service NV, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. However, it may happen that you wish to return something. Please take note of the following return conditions:
1. Return and Exchange Period
- Returns and exchanges are only possible within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted, unless otherwise stated on the receipt.
2. Condition of the Product
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, including the original packaging. Signs of use, such as scratches, stains, or other markings, will not be accepted.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure
- To process a return or exchange, the original purchase receipt must be provided.
4. Electronic Products (without warranty):
- Electronic devices are tested by us before being sold. These products are marked as tested on the sales receipt. Returns or exchanges are not possible for electronic products that have been tested and marked as such on the receipt (e.g., battery chargers, drills, etc.).
- Electronic components cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to alternators, pressure switches, solenoids, and so on.
5. Warranty Information
- Items with a warranty are subject to specific conditions depending on the product. Customers must inquire about the warranty information themselves, as it may vary by product. In exceptional cases, this will be noted on the receipt.
We recommend properly packaging the product for return to prevent damage. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
